Complaints procedure

De Mond van Leiden wishes patients a pleasant experience at the practice. However, should you have had an experience that you would have preferred to be different, we would appreciate it if you let us know.

You can make this known by contacting us by telephone or by filling out the contact form below. We will discuss your complaint internally and contact you within five working days.

We strive to reach a solution together, but sometimes, unexpectedly, this does not succeed. The practice is affiliated with the complaints procedure of the NVM Dental Hygienists. By engaging the NVM Dental Hygienists Association, an independent third party can review the matter to mediate.
